【ポイント】
◆膵断端被覆法として，フィブリン糊やpolyglycolic acid（PGA）シートなどの特定生物由来製剤，肝円索などの自家組織を用いた方法がある．
◆吸収性組織補強シートやフィブリン糊を用いた被覆法は，術後膵液瘻を減少させる．
