【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下肝切除術（LLR）は2010年の保険収載および2016年の適応拡大に伴って本邦で年々実施数が増加している．
◆LLRはその術式，切除範囲により難易度が大きく異なり，チームの習熟度に合わせて適応拡大してくことが重要である．
◆術中出血などのトラブル時の対応も，事前にチームとしての対応法を用意しておく必要がある．
