【ポイント】
◆大腸憩室炎に対しては，ガイドラインを参考に，症例ごとに最適な治療方針を決定していくことが大切である．
◆成人でもMeckel憩室炎により腹痛，出血，穿孔などが起こる可能性があり，右下腹部痛を引き起こす鑑別疾患として念頭に置く必要がある．
◆虫垂憩室炎は比較的稀な疾患であるが，ほとんどが仮性憩室であり，穿孔率が高いので注意が必要である．
