回盲部悪性リンパ腫

【ポイント】
◆小腸悪性リンパ腫は化学療法中の穿孔例が多く，その場合の致死率は高い．
◆治癒切除を望めない進行例でも化学療法導入前の原発巣切除による予後上乗せ効果がある．
◆治療にあたっては組織型や全身状態などを考慮し，血液内科と密に連携する．
