◆病変縁の正確な診断とマーキング，粘膜マーキングの確実な切除，必要最小範囲での漿膜筋層切除が胃局所切除には求められている．
◆LECS関連手技は多数あり，非穿孔式と穿孔式に大別される．
◆LECS関連手技は各手技にメリット・デメリットが存在するため，病変によって手技を使い分ける必要がある．
