術前栄養管理
●術前栄養管理の必要性
　栄養不良患者は創傷治癒の遅延や術後の感染性合併症の発生率が高く，術後死亡率の増大，入院期間の延長，医療費の増大に繋がる^1〜3）．積極的な栄養管理を行うことにより改善が期待できるという報告もある^4,5）．
　高度栄養不良患者には，手術を遅らせても10〜14日間の術前栄養管理を行うことが推奨されている^6）．
