周術期静脈血栓症対策

脈血栓症とは
　肺血栓塞栓症（pulmonary thromboembolism：PTE）は発症する頻度は少ないが，周術期に一旦起きると致死率の高い疾患として，一般・消化器外科医が頭に入れておくべき病態である．その原因と考えられている深部静脈血栓症（deep vein thrombosis：DVT）とともに，静脈血栓塞栓症（venous thromboembolism：VTE）と総称されている．症状の有無により，症候性VTEと無症候性VTEとも分類される．
