●栄養
　術前の低アルブミン血症は手術部位感染（SSI），肺炎，敗血症などの術後合併症リスクであり^1），術前の栄養状態改善が合併症低減のためには重要な介入因子であると考えられる．
　そのため，低アルブミン血症を認める場合は，術前から消化酵素剤および成分栄養剤などの投与により，栄養改善を図るべきである．
