ステロイド療法—周術期の合併症に対する適応と方法

　ステロイドは強力な抗炎症作用と免疫抑制作用をもち，炎症性疾患や悪性腫瘍，臓器移植の治療薬として広く臨床応用されている薬剤である．本稿では，ステロイド製剤の分類と効果，特徴について整理後に，周術期の合併症に対するステロイド療法の使い方について概説する．
