【ポイント】
◆精索脂肪腫は，鼠径管外側から内鼠径輪を経由して脱出した後腹膜脂肪組織である．
◆腹腔鏡下手術では意図的に検索しない限り見逃され，再発の原因となる．
◆sacless lipomaは鼠径ヘルニアと同等に扱うべき疾患である．
