【ポイント】
◆急性胆道炎の初期対応においては，診断確定後に重症度診断とともに全身状態の評価を行うべきである．
◆全身状態の評価法としては，チャールソン併存疾患指数（CCI）と米国麻酔学会（ASA）術前状態分類が推奨される．
◆全身状態の評価法の特徴と問題点を理解し，適切に運用することが肝要である．
