◆ラパコレの手術難度は，線維化・瘢痕化の程度，部位を把握することにより判定できる．
◆手術時間や開腹移行，出血量などに関する意識は，術者，施設，国の間で異なる．
◆手術難度を客観的に測定できれば，適切な手術時期や術前PTGBDの是非など，胆囊炎治療に関わる研究の新たな指標となりうる．
