【ポイント】
◆PTGBDは急性胆囊炎患者において，胆囊摘出術のリスクが高く，全身管理が奏効しない場合に適応となる．
◆PTGBDを安全かつ確実に行う技術と，ドレナージ後の適切な管理を行う知識を身につけることが必要である．
