【ポイント】
◆左手鉗子で最適な部分を最適な方向に牽引することにより，Calot三角を開き，近接拡大視野で観察する．
◆フック型電気メスにより組織を緻密にフッキングし，微量ずつ切開する．リスク方向にはフッキングしない．
◆ドームダウンでは電気メスの組織への軽微なタッチと通電により，電流密度を制御しながら切開・剝離を進める．
