【ポイント】
◆可能な限り，早い段階で脾動脈確保を安全に施行することが，出血コントロールで重要である．
◆膵切離では，切離前に膵圧挫用クリップでしっかり圧挫し，自動縫合器にてゆっくり切離する．
◆出血したら，まずガーゼ圧迫と脾動脈テープを牽引する．脾動脈の枝からの出血ならクリップ，脾動脈本幹からの出血なら縫合閉鎖する．
