直腸癌術後の肛門機能

【ポイント】
◆直腸癌に対する自然肛門温存手術は，根治性とともに術前肛門機能評価により適応を決定すべきである．
◆肛門機能に関しては，臨床症状の評価，QOLの評価，および直腸肛門機能検査によって評価される．
◆術後便失禁に対しては，専門的保存療法，電気刺激療法（PTNS, TaES），外科治療（SNM）で対応すべきである．
