【ポイント】
◆噴門側胃切除は胃癌手術史のなかでも困難な歴史を辿ってきており，いまだ普及しているとは言い難い．
◆栄養学的指標やQOLは胃全摘術後より良好であるが，逆流性食道炎の発生が問題である．
◆逆流防止が容易に施行できれば頻度はより高まるものと考えられ，胃癌手術として熟知すべき術式である．
