◆良好な術野確保のために，肝外側区域の脱転や横隔膜腱中心の切開を行う．
◆心囊，大動脈，左右壁側胸膜を郭清のメルクマールとする．
◆心囊背側，大動脈前面の剝離を行ってからNo. 110を郭清する．
