【ポイント】
◆機能温存手術としての噴門側胃切除術では，残胃の温存・幽門輪の温存・迷走神経の温存を心がける．
◆腹腔鏡下食道空腸吻合では，circular staplerによる吻合であっても，吻合する空腸の緊張を取ることによって吻合部狭窄の発生を回避しうる．
◆噴門側胃切除術後空腸間置法では，術後体重の減少が少ない傾向にある．
