【ポイント】
◆Stage ⅡではⅡa, b, cの細分類に加え，リンパ節検索個数・buddingにより予後の層別化が可能である．
◆Stage ⅢではⅢa, b, cの細分類とともにLymph node ratio（LNR）・転移巣病理所見・占居部位が予後分別に有用である．
◆予後分別能の向上した新しい病期分類に各種予後規定因子を組み合わせることで，精緻な再発リスク評価を行い，術後の治療選択に役立てる必要がある．
