【ポイント】
◆本邦における肛門管癌は欧米に比べて発生頻度が低く，扁平上皮癌症例が低率で，腺癌症例が多く認められる．
◆肛門管癌TNM分類第8版における変更点は，肛門管部位の定義とN因子（外腸骨リンパ節追加とN1へ一本化）である．
◆肛門管癌（腺癌）の治療戦略は直腸癌と同じであり，肛門管癌（扁平上皮癌）の治療戦略は化学放射線療法である．
