【ポイント】
◆内視鏡的切除は腫瘍径10 mm以下で粘膜下層浸潤までにとどまるリンパ節転移のない病変が適応となる．
◆リンパ節転移リスクを有する病変に対しては，リンパ節郭清を伴う腸管切除が推奨される．
◆肝転移に対しては，G1/G2で根治切除可能であれば切除が望ましい．
