【ポイント】
◆門脈腫瘍栓合併肝細胞癌の治療では，急速な腫瘍栓の進展を考慮した治療選択が必要となる．
◆門脈腫瘍栓合併肝細胞癌の肝切除では腫瘍栓の形態や進展度によって適切な摘出法を選択する．
◆門脈腫瘍栓の進展の速い症例であっても，迅速に手術加療を含む集学的治療を行うことで予後が期待できる．
