【ポイント】
◆cStage Ⅰ胃癌に対して，腹腔鏡下手術は標準治療の一つである．
◆進行胃癌に対する腹腔鏡手術の安全性は確認されている．
◆CLASS試験の結果をわが国の日常診療に外挿することは困難と思われる．
