—Stage Ⅲ胃癌の術後補助化学療法—SOX療法は使用してはいけないのか？

【ポイント】
◆ARTIST2試験により，術後SOX療法は，術後S-1療法に対する優越性を示した．
◆RESOLVE試験により，術後SOX療法は術後CapeOX療法に対する非劣性を示したが，そもそも，試験のQualityに問題がある．
◆両試験で用いられる高用量第1コースからのオキサリプラチン投与の日本人における忍容性と安全性は不明である，病理学的Stage Ⅲへの効果が不明である，peer review雑誌に掲載されていない，以上のことから現時点では，両試験で用いられたレジメンでの術後SOX療法を使用すべきではない．
