文献概要

　消化管再建後の縫合不全や狭窄，出血などは宿命的につきまとう合併症である．これらの合併症を少しでも回避すべく，弛まぬ努力が消化管外科医には求められる．本稿では，知っておくべき消化管の縫合・吻合の基本的概念と吻合方法について述べる．
