膵-空腸吻合—Blumgart変法：Nagoya method

文献概要

　水平マットレス式膵実質-空腸漿膜筋層密着縫合は，1990年にBlumgartら^1）により報告された．膵頭十二指腸切除術後の膵液瘻予防のためには，簡便かつ安全に施行できる膵空腸吻合の確立が望まれており，われわれは同方法をさらに以下の2点において変更した手法を考案した^2）．
　①原法では密着縫合に4〜6針を用いるが，われわれの方法では正常膵で最大3針，萎縮膵では1針のみである．針穴からの膵液漏出リスクもあるため，確実に密着できていれば運針数が少ないほうがよりよいと考えている．
