手技のポイント
　膵頭十二指腸切除術（pancreaticoduodenectomy：PD）施行時の出血量を減らすためには，疾患の種類と進展度，血管の分岐形態を術前に把握し，Artery first approachの概念を理解して手術を行うことが重要である．
