【ポイント】
◆主膵管型IPMNは，術前診断よりも広範にわたり主膵管に沿って進展していることがある．
◆断端陽性例では，追加切除で陰性化が得られれば膵全摘を回避できる可能性がある．
◆術後は残膵のskip lesion，併存癌を念頭においた厳重な経過観察が必要である．
