【ポイント】
◆解剖学的ランドマークに基づいた胃切離ラインを設定することにより，過度な緊張なく吻合が可能である．
◆吻合ラインの十二指腸，残胃の血流に配慮し，吻合操作はone by one techniqueとして一つずつの操作を確実に行う．
