【ポイント】
◆膵切離は，組織損傷が軽微で止血能力が優れている超音波凝固切開メスを用い，主膵管切離のみメスを使用する．
◆膵胃吻合の胃後壁・膵貫通水平マットレス吻合は，膵管の頭側・尾側2針で，膵切離面を胃後壁で被覆するように行う．
◆膵管・胃粘膜吻合は，4針で行い，胃後壁の吻合糸で膵管チューブを固定し，ロストステントとする．
