【ポイント】
◆自動縫合器を挿入する際に，膵を損傷させないよう細心の注意が必要である．
◆膵実質に裂傷が生じないように，自動縫合器でゆっくり圧挫する．
◆膵切離後，膵に余計な力がかからないように自動縫合器を丁寧にゆっくり引き抜く．
