【ポイント】
◆六君子湯(りっくんしとう)のグレリンを介した食欲増進作用や，胃内容排出改善効果等による胃切除症候群の諸症状の改善がみられる．
◆腹腔鏡下幽門側胃切除術後の六君子湯内服により，退院時の食事摂取量が増加している．
◆六君子湯の服薬による有害事象は認めず，服薬コンプライアンスも良好である．
