【ポイント】
◆がん化学療法に伴う嘔気・嘔吐・食欲不振に対する現在の標準的な支持療法はいまだ十分とはいえない．
◆六君子湯(りっくんしとう)はセロトニン受容体に対する拮抗作用およびグレリンを介した食欲増進作用が明らかとなっている．
◆六君子湯は標準制吐療法に対する上乗せ効果が期待されているが，プラセボを用いた質の高い臨床試験の結果が待たれる．
