【ポイント】
◆肝門部における肝動脈，門脈，胆管の位置関係，分岐形態，走行形態に様々な変異があり，肝門部胆管癌の手術を難しくしている．MDCTにより得られた術前の3D構築像と術中所見とを比較しながら進めるシミュレーションサージャリーにより，比較的稀な肝動脈の解剖学的変異を伴う症例に対しても，安全な手術が可能である．
◆3Dプリント肝模型を利用することにより，術者と助手の解剖学的な認識の差を少なくし，安全に手術が施行可能となる．超音波で描出困難な小さな腫瘍に対する肝切除や肝切離線が複雑な肝切除に対し，3Dプリント肝模型を利用することで安全な肝切離が可能となる．
