Point
◆流入血管の処理はGlisson一括確保を基本とする．
◆Glisson一括確保の際には肝外アプローチに固執せず，G3根部周囲の肝実質を離断したり破砕して削除したりして手術時間を節約する．
◆G3根部周囲は細いGlisson枝が複数分枝している場合が多く，丁寧に処理する．
◆処理したGlisson枝の根部，亜区域間を走行する主肝静脈あるいはその分枝，肝表に出現するdemarcation lineをランドマークとして，正しい切離面を形成するよう心掛ける．
