経肛門的側方リンパ節郭清

【ポイント】
◆経肛門的側方郭清は転移頻度の高い骨盤深部領域の郭清を目の前で，かつ良好な鉗子の刺入角度で施行できる．
◆症例によっては非常に有用なアプローチ法であり，選択肢の1つとして習得すべき手技であると考える．
◆しかし，本法で展開される経肛門視点の術野は独特であり，十分慣れ親しんでおく必要がある．
