【ポイント】
◆切除可能膵癌であっても，化学療法による遠隔転移の制御は予後改善のために必須であり，化学療法の継続を妨げない手術が求められる．
◆傷を小さくすることではなく，腹部内臓器や組織の破壊を最小限にし，術後合併症を少なくすることが真のminimally invasivenessである．
◆患者ごとに，上記2点に加えて外科医のスキル，標準手技の完成度等を考慮し，切除範囲とアプローチ法（腹腔鏡下 or 開腹）を選択する．
