【ポイント】
◆胃十二指腸出血は，患者の全身状態が不良といった厳しい状況下で，外科医が対応する必要に迫られうる疾患である．
◆胃十二指腸出血の原因疾患はさまざまであり，疾患に適した治療方法，手術術式を習得しておく必要がある．
