【ポイント】
◆本邦の生体肝移植は1989年に開始され，年々増加し2005年には566移植となったが，その後減少し近年は300台で推移している．
◆適応疾患では，肝細胞性疾患のうち，C型ウイルス性肝硬変が著明に減少し，代わってアルコール性肝硬変の増加が目立っている．
◆大人のABO血液型不適合肝移植の成績が次第に向上している．
◆生体肝ドナーの術後合併症やQOLに関する知見が集積され，さらに安全性を高める努力が行われている．
