ABO血液型不適合肝移植

【ポイント】
◆血液型不適合肝移植の成績はリツキシマブ導入後改善したが，抗体関連拒絶反応発症例の予後は不良である．
◆抗体関連拒絶反応を予防するためには，十分量のリツキシマブ脱感作療法（500 mg/body or 375 mg/m²）が必要である．
◆血液型不適合肝移植後は，定期的な胆管造影やMRIを用いた胆管像のフォローが必要である．
