【ポイント】
◆脳死分割肝移植は一つの肝臓を二つに分割し，二人のレシピエントに分配し，移植する方法である．
◆脳死分割肝移植に適したドナー・レシピエント条件を考慮し，阻血時間を短縮することが肝要である．
◆分割方法には体内分割法と体外分割法がある．
◆分割肝手術手技の習得には，肝臓の区域構造，脈管・胆管の走行を解剖学的に十分に習熟する必要がある．
