【ポイント】
◆サーキュラーステープラーを用いた食道胃管吻合では，吻合部狭窄が起こりやすいことが報告されている．
◆リニアステープラーを用いた三辺外翻三角吻合は，縫合不全，吻合部狭窄ともにきたしにくい吻合法である．
◆本稿では頸部食道胃管吻合における三辺外翻三角吻合の概要とピットフォール，ならびに当院での治療成績について述べる．
