【ポイント】
◆胆管末梢断端からの胆汁瘻予防・対応は胆管の減圧が効果的である．
◆区域切除以上の肝切除を個別処理で行う場合は離断性胆汁瘻防止のため原則術中胆道造影を行う．
◆離断性胆汁瘻に対しては，原則再手術をできるだけ早く行う．
