【ポイント】
◆膵臓切除後の糖尿病の新規発症は，20〜40%の頻度で認められる．
◆膵臓切除後の膵内分泌機能は残膵体積に最も依存し，糖尿病発症の防止には，術後膵萎縮をきたさないための膵管の開存性を考慮した膵消化管吻合が重要である．
◆膵臓切除後の糖尿病症例に対しては，十分な膵酵素補充療法を伴う血糖の管理が重要である．
