【ポイント】
◆手術のコンセプトを手術チーム間で共有ならびに十分に理解して手術に臨む．
◆基本的にはダウンアングルが多用される．
◆郭清時にはoutermost layerを意識して近接視野を確保する．
◆再建時には遠景を多用し，吻合操作の全体像を把握する．
◆術者の鉗子と干渉することが多いが，画面右側より左側に向けて傾けることで干渉が回避されやすい．
