局所進行膵癌に対するconversion surgery

【ポイント】
◆切除不能局所進行膵癌に対するconversion surgeryは，集学的治療が奏効し治癒切除が可能と考えられる患者の治療選択肢の一つである．
◆本邦の多施設共同研究では，conversion surgeryまでの先行治療を8か月以上行った患者では有意に予後が改善したと報告している．
◆Conversion surgeryの手術適応，先行治療の至適レジメンや動脈合併切除の意義など，解決しなければならない課題は多い．
