食道癌の術前補助療法

【ポイント】
◆日本におけるcStage Ⅱ/Ⅲ食道癌に対する標準治療は術前CF療法＋手術である．
◆JCOG1109試験（術前CF療法 vs 術前DCF療法 vs 術前CF/41.4Gy療法の3群間比較試験）の結果で標準治療が変わる可能性がある．
◆遠隔転移のないcT4症例に対する導入療法＋conversion手術は治療選択肢の一つである．
