【ポイント】
◆本邦における膵癌術後補助療法の標準治療は，S-1療法である．
◆S-1に対する忍容性が低い患者などでは，GEM療法が推奨されている．
◆早期に投与を開始するよりも予定サイクルを完遂することが重要と考えられる．
