胆道癌の術前術後補助療法

【ポイント】
◆胆道癌における切除術の治療成績には限界があり，集学的治療が期待されているが，術後補助療法，術前治療ともに未開発である．
◆術後補助療法は，カペシタビン（第Ⅲ相試験のper protocol setで生存を改善．本邦で胆道癌に適応なし）やS-1（現在第Ⅲ相試験実施中）に期待がもたれる．
◆胆道癌の遠隔・再発例に対する新しい治療の開発に伴い，術前治療開発が始まりつつあり，多施設共同研究の実施が待たれる．
